In a judgment of 12 May 1998 – 213 O 85/98 – “Liability for links” the district court Hamburg decided that the page owner / provider has to be held he responsibility by placing a link the contents of the linked pages.
This can only be avoided by explicitly distancing oneself from these contents; so the district court. We hereby expressly dissociate ourselves from all linked pages on our homepage and their contents.
